Operational Risk Systems & Training Specialist at Stockland - Since August 2018

  • Designs, develops and edits online learning modules using a range of authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise and Adobe Captivate. This includes training in topics such as workplace safety inductions, contractor management training, cyclone management and COVID-19 recovery plans.
  • Applies and uses knowledge of instructional design theory to design course content.

  • Partners with various teams in Stockland and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to build customised eLearning programs for staff and contractors.

  • Designed and delivered F2F training packages to onboard new starters to the operations and upskill existing staff. This included training on aviation safety and security, airline policies and procedures, disability awareness training, and visa immigration requirements.
